Selbstbestimmt. Eigenverantwortlich. Flexibel. Kollaborativ. Zweckgebunden. Personalisiert. Offen. So möchten wir heute Lernen gestalten und selber erleben. Dass dabei (situative) Fragen, Aufgaben und Herausforderungen eine zentrale Rolle spielen, braucht wohl kaum mehr diskutiert zu werden. Wie wir es in der Ausbildung erreichen, dass solche entstehen, ist schon ein wenig komplexer.
